Adult Fitness Class

This adult fitness class is designed to help participants improve their overall health and well-being through a variety of exercises and activities. The class incorporates strength training, cardiovascular workouts, and stretching to target different aspects of fitness. Classes are led by experienced instructors who provide guidance, encouragement, and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels. Whether you're looking to get in shape, relieve stress, or simply meet new people, this class offers a supportive and fun environment for adults of all ages and abilities.

Elements Class

This recovery class is a program designed to help individuals recover from stressors such as workouts, injuries, or just day to day activities. It involves a combination of stretches, breath work, hot and cold therapies; techniques to improve flexibility and mobility and recovery. The focus is on promoting healing and preventing further injury while helping individuals heal through natural modalities that represent the 4 natural elements: earth (mobility), wind (breath work), fire (heat therapy), and water (cold therapy). These classes are led by certified instructors and can be adjusted to accommodate different levels of fitness and injury severity.
