1 Day: Personal Reset Program
This program is designed for those that can easily follow an outline or plan, but are looking to create a program with professional guidance and recommendation. A unique approach to an individual’s personal goal(s).
We take an entire day (9am-7pm) and map out 6 months from the moment you decide to hit the reset button. We’ll go over where you are at currently in life; where you are trying to go; and answer, what is keeping you from getting there?
We start with a 6-month section so you can implement new daily actions into your personal life routine and begin to create new, and long-term healthy habits, that will improve the quality of your life in all areas: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually (yes, they are all connected).
This is a one day program, designed to help you create the best version of YOU. If you are willing to play it all out and stick to the plan that YOU DESIGN, then this approach is perfect for you!
- 6 month outline of tasks, new habits, and goals help you move forward with power, as you take on this new way of being.
- Breathing, visioning and meditation practices to help you reduce stress, anxiety and fear.
- 1 Journal
- Reading assignments based upon your goals
- 2 (45 min) follow up sessions
- 1 (40 day) personal challenge and custom “I did list”
- 2 meals throughout the day as we work

90 Day: Accountability Program
The 90 day accountability program is an in depth plan for those who seek accountability as they take their life in a new direction. Over the course of these sessions, we map out the factors that are holding you back and focus on what needs to change in order to make the progress you seek.
At the end of the 90 days, you will have more clarity and a deeper understanding of who you are, what you want to do, and how you can change your habits and lifestyle. The new skillset gives you the power to transform!
**sessions can all be via facetime, skype, or phone call if you live out of state
- 8 (1 on 1) Hour long coaching sessions in person
- 2 (1 hour) Coaching sessions via facetime, skype or phone call
- 6 month-12 month outline of tasks, new habits, and goals designed to help you move forward with power, as you take on this new way of being.
