1 Day: Personal Reset Program
This program is designed for those that can easily follow an outline or plan, but are looking to create a program with professional guidance and recommendation.
We take the day (9am-6pm) and map out 3 months of goals that will ensure your success and personal progress in the desired area of your selection. We will go over where you are at currently in life; where you are trying to go; and answer, what is keeping you from getting there? Once we create clarity around these questions, we map out how to get you there with challenging and tangible action steps.
We start with a 3-month section so you can implement new daily actions into your personal routine and begin to create new and long-term healthy habits, that will improve the quality of your life in all areas: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
This is a one-day program, designed to help you create the best version of YOU. If you are willing to play it all out and stick to the plan that YOU DESIGN, then this approach is perfect for you!
- 3 month outline of tasks, new habits, and goals to help you move forward with power, as you take on this new way of being.
- Breathing and meditation practices to help you reduce stress, anxiety and fear.
- 1- 90-day journal
- Reading assignments based upon your goals
- 2 (30 min) follow up sessions
- 1 (40 day) personal challenge and custom “I did list”
- 2 meals throughout the day as we work

90 Day: Accountability Program
The 90-day accountability program is an in-depth plan for those who seek accountability as they take their life in a new direction. Over the course of these sessions, we map out the factors that are holding you back and focus on what needs to change in order to make the progress you seek.
At the end of the 90 days, you will have more clarity and a deeper understanding of who you are, what you want to do, and how you can change your habits to create a brand new lifestyle. These new skills give you the insight, perspective and courage to become a more whole, complete and fulfilled individual.

- 2 (1 on 1) coaching sessions per week
- 3 month & 6 month outline of tasks, new habits, and goals designed to help you move forward with power and confidence, as you take on this new way of being.

- 1- 90 day Journal
