About Me
Fitness has always been one of my passions (you can ask almost anyone). I love being active and working out! I grew up in and around sports with swimming being my main activity. I began my college career swimming for the University of Toledo then transferred to Arizona State University where I earned my BS degree in Kinesiology.
While finishing my degree I began working for 24 Hour Fitness in December of ’07. The opportunity kind of fell into my hands and I have enjoyed every aspect of being a personal trainer since then. The ability to help individuals change their lives, meet their goals and push them to reach their maximum potential is rewarding in itself. It can be hard work to make such lifestyle changes or even just maintain what you have, and I want to be that person to show you, you can do it!
Along with my degree, I have obtained numerous training certifications such as ACE (American Council on Exercise), NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers), NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) and APEX through 24 Hour Fitness. As the fitness industry is continually growing and evolving, I am always eager to obtain the knowledge to be able to safely and efficiently train my clients.
